The role of the Finance Division within the Resources Directorate of Warwickshire County Council is to ensure that the Council's money is spent wisely and in accordance with service priorities. This group is responsible for procurement within Warwickshire County Council.
Treasury and Pensions
This group is responsible for administering the Local Government Pension Scheme in Warwickshire and for the management of the authority's borrowing, investment and cash flow.
