Our State of Warwickshire Report communicates, in a consistent form and single place, many of the key messages emerging from both local and national drivers; messages that should aid the decision making and priority setting processes. It provides the context for our business planning and the evidence base for our policy development.
Our Corporate Business Plan interprets the messages from the State of Warwickshire Report and sets out our strategic direction. It provides detail of the actions, targets and outcomes we are aiming to achieve in our priority areas over the medium term.
Our Medium Term Financial Plan supports the Corporate Business Plans by setting out how we intend to use and raise the resources needed to deliver our services and priorities over the medium term.
Every year we provide a Council Tax Leaflet that is sent out with your council tax bill detailing our services, spending and performance related information.
Our Achievements
Our Best Value Performance Report sets out our performance against each of the statutory Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPIs), which all Local Authorities are measured against.
