These Good Practice Guides for SENCOs were developed following analysis of the strengths and weaknesses identified through supported SEN Self Evaluations in Warwickshire schools:

The Good Practice Guides for SENCOs include suggestions which have been gathered through discussions with SENCOs in Warwickshire and are referenced to the ‘Outstanding’ statements in the SEN Self Evaluation Framework for Schools (version 4).
